  Consciously choosing to involve Christ with kambo is a bit of a disruptive act in a few different spaces. I'm very aware of the heat and weight I face from various communities, I'm willing to carry the torch. 
  
  After years of deliberation, prayer, meditation, experience, solitude, extraordinarily rare moments and being struck by affirming lightning on an eclipse, I am choosing to add to the tradition in my unique way. 
  
  I hold complete faith and knowing this is what God wants me to do. Hold and offer this space with the security and clarity of Christ. 
  
  My story and relationship with kambo isn't going anywhere, nor is my story and relationship with Christ. Both deepen as I grow. 
  
  Christians often call me demonic and demonize my work, but if they saw what I actually did, how I do it, and the results from it, they would understand, and probably wouldn't say anything other than "if I knew I would feel like this, I would've done this a week after you told me about it" like I have heard from clients before. 
  
  Non-believers who frequently sit with plant medicine (kambo is an animal medicine, which is fundamentally different than a plant medicine such as ayahuasca) often make fun of my Faith and relationship with Christ. 
  
  Both are sad, shallow situations. 
  
  I was trained to not bring any religion or much “spirituality” as you might say into serving people kambo, and I found value and agreement with that. Parts of me still do. There is tremendous beauty in total neutrality… although eventually I found this to be lukewarm, and potentially missing many people. I can honor this same openness and neutrality and Christ at the same time. I know I am not God, and I know what I am willing to proclaim. It is simply the energy that I hold. Christ and Kambo are my headwaters. I only worship one of them. 
  
  So that’s what I did, I served for years the way I was trained and stuck to tradition. I wanted to offer respect and follow the recipe and learn through consistency. As time went on, I grew in different, unexpected ways. I deeply resonate with Jesus, Yeshua, YHWH, however you want to say it... the semantics don't matter. I have seen the Truth of His teachings, and I feel called and commanded to incorporate His presence and teachings with this work, with the hope, prayer and intention of expanding tradition in a complementary way. It is my intention to provide deep, true transformation to anyone open, willing and committed, and without condemnation. 
  
  I will be even more honest and transparent, lay some more cards out on the table for you: I genuinely feel the world needs more Christ, yoga, and kambo. I do feel and think Christians would be better Christians with kambo in their life. So yes, I am trying to appeal to a demographic that may not otherwise consider animal or plant medicine as a gateway to deeper relationship with God, the Divine, themselves, community, truth, purity, and overall biological health. So many of us place too much authority in western medicine and doctors, no matter how helpful they may be. Our world is changing and people need this medicine, when they are ready. It needs to be available, and deeply respected. And yet, let us not get lost in the sauce and accidentally create golden-calves in our lives. Many do with their trust in the pharmaceutical industry, for example. 
  
  Unlike many practitioners in many different fields, part of my offering includes the encouragement of reading scripture of various forms, texts and religions, to do your own homework and figure things out for yourself. You could call it a consciously comprehensive offering. Most of us live un-inspected and unrealized lives. This is where true change occurs and more light will flood your life.
  
  I'm not a "cooky Christian" and I have no intention of trying to convert anyone. I simply aim to live it. Your life is your life and it is all your choices. My intention is to make something special available that others may not be able to provide. 
  
  There’s plenty of kambo practitioners out there. If you prefer to work with someone who doesn't recognize, honor and worship Christ, go for it. My life has cultivated a powerful conviction, but I keep it cool. I celebrate and respect your freedom and right to choose. I’ll be here. 
  
  I am simply holding the container of kambo with the Light of Christ and expressing that outwardly. 
  
  He’s who I pray to, He’s who I worship. Yes, other beings and entities exist but even they know there is a Name above all Names. Why not call upon that name in our work of healing? Even if I was a dentist, I would do it this way. 
  
  It is my intention to meet people where they are, and to meet them with the Heart Qualities as described by Yuan Tze: Love, Openness, Trust, True Respect, and Gongjing. The opposite of these, would be the fundamental negative patterns of human consciousness. 
  
  
  We are working on your tonality. We can actually move trauma out of the body. We can activate and turn on receptor sites and regions in the brain, reprogram ourselves entirely, love and express ourselves like never before. On the biological level alone, Vittorio Erspamer said kambo is “unrivaled by any other amphibian". This is the man who discovered serotonin! He was a primary researcher of this medicine in the 90s.

  Kambo will purify the body, and might even reveal and unravel your subconscious reality to you as it so often does for so many. Kambo is a powerful detox on the body, mind and spirit. Purge the past! Make way for the renewal. 
  
  Kambo is very safe when working with someone who knows what they’re doing. Kambo is fully legal everywhere, and there’s an abundance of frogs. Kambo is safer than ayahuasca, and safer than IVs. 
  
  In short, the whole point of medicine is to harmonize the soul with the body. There are many cultures who view a dis-ease or illness in the body, mind or spirit, to be a symptom of imbalance somewhere else. Not everything is as it seems, and treatment can be tricky. We need courage, curiosity, and honesty to be our best selves. 
  
  We live in a very disharmonious environment here in the west, and we need to set time aside to unpack our trauma and issues. Not only can kambo help us with our “stuff,” but as a result of this work, we will have more stamina and power of soul within to Be and speak our truth automatically the first time. The gentle tsunami of kambo is a powerful way to get back on our path, and to nourish ourselves along the way. Full of bio-active peptides, the frog has been shown in western research studies a seemingly endless list of benefits, some of those peptides literally discovered solely because of kambo. One of these peptides was synthesized many years ago and given to horses for horse racing to help them run harder and faster for longer periods of time without getting tired, and with less pain. They have since banned that peptide in horse racing. There’s two peptides in kambo that are 18 and 36 times stronger than morphine, and non-addictive. Depending on how you sit, you will experience less pain throughout the whole body for days and/or weeks afterward. Other peptides even destroy on contact select types of cancer cells, herpes virus, HIV, and much more - doing so without harming our own animal cells, which is something western medicine has a hard time achieving. Kambo is one of the most antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anesthetic substances on earth. Kambo is extremely strong against protozoa. Most humans have not interacted with what kambo offers, so where a microbe may be resistant to pharmaceuticals is huge opportunity for us to be healthy, consistently, and more deeply connected with nature. 
  
  Kambo is heart medicine, and very helpful for the entire cardiovascular system. Think fuel injector cleaner for your car but for your body. There is plenty of research and stories to support this. Those who seek support with hypertension may benefit greatly with kambo. I have experienced this myself and seen it time and time again in clients, peers, and their spouses.  
  
  We are utilizing the secretion of this animal, which offers the peptides, just like our saliva is a secretion that has peptides in it. The frog coats itself in this secretion as a protective layer against all things in the jungle: amoebas, parasites, viruses, bacteria, snakes, etc. Kambo is not a poison, venom or toxin, that is a misnomer of the internet. The science of this is that the peptides do not work on ion-channels the way poisons, venoms or toxins do. There is legend that this frog knows no fear, so we are ingesting something that has no fear, and what we ingest always translates and presents itself in our thoughts, behavior and outward expression. In my experience, and plenty of other people, kambo helps us become more courageous and able to face fears head on, making the diamonds in our life more attainable and plentiful. Freedom is found within the restraint, and truth is seen in the sincerity of things. For those interested in their own research, there are peptides and neuropeptides in kambo, some of which are bio-active (which means the cells unlock and allow the peptides in), and currently they are: Deltorphin, Dermaseptin, Dermorphin, Sauvagine, Diketopiperazines, Phyllocaerulein, Bradykinins (Phyllokinin), Tachykinins (Phyllomedusin), Phyllolitorin, Tryptophyllins, and Bombesins. For those working through addictions, it is the sauvagine which is particularly helpful in those burning desires.
